Time passed real fast. Its the last day of March. Another 21 days (3 weeks) till school reopens!
To date, i have not done anything serious. Games are on my mind these few days. Im lazy to pick up my book on Understanding Macromedia Flash 8. Im "hooked" on playing computer games and logging in onto social websites like facebook.
After writing the above paragraph, i decided to make a "resolution" for April. This is my "resolution":
-To read my book before the due date.
-Try not to log in to facebook everyday (its abit hard since im playing Farm Town which requires me to log in everyday to harvest my crops, but I will try my best not to log in XD)
-try my best to achieve my 2 "resolutions".
Hmm. Someone asked me to help her child tutor maths. Should I take up? *Busy thinking*

yoz! back to blogging le. LOL. =D
Today, me, jeremia and weiqi went for the Mission Darkstar Ceremony held at the Asian Civilisation Museum. Mr tang was there too. was a bit shocked to see jin n gang there. look like they did participate in the competition. we reached there at around 12pm and was told that the ceremony will start at 2pm. Wtf lor ask us come at 12pm then tell us will start at 2pm. == we headed out to marina square and had Macdonalds.
At 2pm, everyone reached. They presented a certificate to participating groups (total 18 groups). the top 5 groups were then announced. the top 5 groups were presented with a limited edition bear and $4000. hahas. After that there is a talk about Wireless@SG and tada, end le (FYI end at 3pm). == anyway refreshments were provided. i drank like 6 or 7 cups of fruit punch? LOL.
Hmm. there's an invitation from the ACM there to let us visit the KangXi things for free (usual price: $8). LOL no one in my group interested sia. haha!
Took pictures with mr tang n gang before heading home. I believe this provides an opportunity for people to showcase their programming skills and learn more about Sinagpore history. This is a good platform to work on.
Hmm. i wanna buy skinny jeans! and my converse shoes! LOL!! and clique. next week when free? going to do the jersey le.. hahas.

I finally have something to blog about! hahas. been working non-stop these few days. tired sia.... HAHA!
22 March
22 march, which is yesterday, was my cousin's wedding! went to her house at around 10am. we reached around the same time as the bridegroom. LOL. have fun watching "the sisters" teasing the bridegroom. hahas. after that they went to the bridegroom's there to have the tea ceremony. me and my cousins went to the nearby hawker centre to have our fills. =D
Around 12pm the bride and bridegroom arrived. have tea ceremony as well. then they left to the hotel while we all stayed in the house till evening. I slept together with my cousins. hahas.
When evening came, we went to the hotel (i think is Carlton Hotel). hmm the place was quite nicely done. XD At around 11+pm the whole wedding dinner ended and we headed home. Quite tired but i enjoyed the day. hahas.
erm. sorry to clique for not able to attend the gathering.
Left around 3 weeks till school reopen! Holidays always ends that fast... =x
I hasn't been jogging for around 1 month! Anyone want accompany me jog? hahas!

Results are out already. Its not what i expected la. got a 2.8 for the gpa. Lousy right? LOL. I hope next sem fyp can get at least an A so that my gpa can be pulled up.. luckily my gems marks pulled up my gpa a bit, otherwise mpog will pull down my gpa. =x
feeling quite sad right now. partly due to the gpa. and partly because my throat is still sore.. hahas.
dun mind me. i dunno what im writing in this post too.

Today is Tuesday. hahas. A lousy heading.
Just now around morning the Singtel technician came to my house. The stupid modem is spolit again. =x He changed a new modem for us. Is a white one! Much more better than the old silver-black one. hahas. The name of the internet connection (2WIREXXX - where XXX is the number behind; each one is unique) has also change. LOL im too used to the old one. The technician said that the reason for the modem being spolit is due to the lightning some time ago (last time got heavy rain everyday right??). I think the lightning got "struck" my block cause he said almost every house unit de modem is spolit. =.=
In the afternoon, me and my mum went to see a doctor. So shocked that the card cannot use already. No more "rebates" for me le since im already above 18 years old. What kind of government law is that... The doctor said that i have mild throat inflammation. and he gave me a mc that is valid for today only. LOL im not working today so the mc is useless to me. =x Just hope that tmr i will feel better.
ok. Shall stop here. I will definitely blog again tmr.

Yea! This is my 100th post le! XD
Results will be out on wednesday. Im worrying right now. About how "nice" will be my gpa.. Ya I know now then worry is a bit too late la.. I should have put more effort while doing my assignments/tests.. =x
I have flu and cough for 1 week already! Roar! shall be seeing a doctor tmr. hope doctor will not give me the same medicine again cause the medicine has no effect on me. LOL.
Seriously, i have done nothing meaningful these 2 weeks. What can i do about it? hmm.

today is friday the 13th. nothing special happened today. hahas.
hmm. went to the IT fair with jeremia just now. It was at suntec city conventional hall. not many people was here today. we walked around and see see look look. saw yuhwang promoting the nec laptops. sadly, me and jeremia not interested in the brand. LOL. saw the Sony Vaio latops at cheap prices.. so was the razer mouse. was tempted to buy the mouse, but then im not sure which mouse suits me as jeremia said there are different types of mouses for different uses. shall search the net and decide later. LOL. people left with big and small bags of stuff while we left with papers. ==
yesterday, me, jeremia and weiqi went to school to look for mr tang. mr tang confirmed that we have to go for the ceremony. Theme: smart casual. means not too formal. (shirt + long pants + covered shoes). hope that we will not get the darkstar thing otherwise our group have to chiong 2 projects already (we dun want to include the darkstar thing as part of our fyp).
mr tang also said that our group have a high chance of getting Bad Robots. =D
anyway, all of us passed the modules. but we dunno how our gpa will be like (hope gpa will be nice nice)..

Today is the second week of the vacation! another 5 more weeks before school commences! XD
first week was wasted on the fyp. had to come out with some proposal, email to that darkstar and mr tang and await their reply. today weiqi received an email from that darkstar. It says something like "... resubmit your proposal with group name and game name... Submit by 1pm". LOL. and he received it around 3pm? hahas.
when can we know which project will we be doing for our fyp next sem?? which supervisor will be in charge of us??
*im pissed off when peixuan told me that school will be having the enrolment soon. sp was selling 4 different brand of laptop. Acer, Fujitsu, Lenovo and Mac. MY MAC AT ONLY $1900+!!! No wonder i saw year 1 students using mac book. =x so sad now. y is our batch always the suay suay ones? everything benefit our juniors...
i have nothing to do this holiday!!! peixuan cant even go out during weekdays as she got itp. nvm. i shall game this holiday away...
Clique, when can we have a meet-up to discuss about clique shirt?

Yesterday was a sian day. My team mate told us that our lecturer want us to redo some parts of the proposal. OH NO. Does this means that we have the potential to get this project??? ROAR!! Me and my group mates do not want this project.. It's so hard especially when the theme is about Singapore history. LOL.
Back to topic. Since the lecturer requested, we had to redo. We meet at around 2pm at msn. And we discussed about the parts that needs to be amended. After that, we tried Second Life (SL). SL is quite ok la, but will get sian after half an hour. U can only walk, fly, interact and "swim" in water; the "swim" is actually still walking. hahas. we all explored our area. i think we started at Dublin. LOL its at Ireland! how do we get back to singapore that way??? haix. The collision detection is sooooooooo lousy; the character can walk through walls and doors. =x The part that i hated most in SL is the camera!! In my previous post, i have talked about the camera problem. I shall not repeat what i mentioned. LOL.
Anyone got any plans to go out? Bring me too!!! IM SO FREAKING BORED AT HOME WITH NOTHING TO DO!!!! roar!!! =x
anyway, to jeremia (if she got see): the cert is out le! see ur house mailbox. =D
this is what i draw for the sketches for our proposal. ya i know its super ugly but since we dun want to get the project, why should i draw nice nice? scarli we got the project then my group mates will kill me.. =x

FYP briefing today. 10am at MLT 12.
Today's briefing was about the usual stuff; whom to find for ur option, some talk by year 3 student about ITP trip to Wuhan, China etc. After that, we were asked to go to T2134 for another detailed briefing about projects. There were 7 projects to choose from; Bad Robots (XBOX 360), Pei Tong pri STARMAX Gaming Software, SCDF online fire safety flash game (Flash), 2nd Life movie studio (Second Life), 2nd Life Learning of Science and Biology (Second Life), 2nd Life Time Machine (Second Life) and 2nd Life Dream Factory (Second Life). All are external projects except for movie studio (internal). After a long discussion with my team mates, our choice is this: 1st - Dream Factory. 2nd: Bad Robots. 3rd: Time Machine.
Oh ya. We have to self-propose a project for Project Darkstar, a theme by National Hertiage Board for making games about Singapore history.
One shocking news for me. That fn(some people should know who he is) will not leave school next sem!! OMG lor. There will be 5 lecturers acting as our supervisors and he is included! A big no-no to him. Hope he will not kena our group cause we will definitely appeal to change the lecturer. hahas.
