Its the start of the new term. no school for me as i do not have tests. XD
However, im being pressured by fyp and assignments.
Y am i so damn slackly? =x
I'm also sick right now.
Cough and a bit sore throat.
Slight fever on sunday.
This weather isn't doing any good to me.

I was surfing facebook when I chance upon this quiz.
I think it is quite accurate. =D
What type of memory do you have?
Type B: Boss Memory
It's not that you have a poor memory, but you only remember the bigger stuff. The more important things. That's why I call your memory the 'Boss memory' - you're taking the important role which only remembers the important things. You don't bug yourself with minor and issues that just seem... unimportant? This is good cuz you balance your brain out. If you throw everything (no matter big or small ones) into your brain, one day your brain might just go - BURST! Your brain somehow works like this: subconsciously, it only "absorbs" the key information, and leaves the irrelevant ones behind. That way, if you're planning for an event, you can identify the goal easily. Sometimes people may call you the one with "Short Term Memory", but ha! They WILL be shocked, if they see how you perform during a serious event. Their jaws will drop seeing how you can run things multitask, remembering all the important things and eventually, together with your team, seeing things through successfully. You leave the little jobs to other people, so that you won't waste your "memory space".
In other words, I have short term memory. = =
Anyway people, please DO take care of your health these few days, especially after the June holidays. The Influenza A virus is going to get worse when people come back from overseas. =x
And poor hl has serious cough! *PS: Not that flu...*

hl is having a bit of a headache here cause she is thinking hard about the projectile. Weiqi came and thought of a solution within half a day. = = This shows that hl is super lousy in coding xna.
Today is the second week of the holidays. MST week in another two more weeks. Luckily hl don't have any tests. So another one week holidays for her. YEA! However, one of the lecturers said lessons will be as usual during the MST week. *grumbles* It's stupid law lesson again.. Shall hl pon lesson...?
Fyp is doing quite ok. Some of the priorities are up, while some are still in progress. However, i believe we can get the whole fyp up in another month's time. *woohoo*
Ok i shall stop here since i have nothing to write too. Hmm. Shall blog again when i have something to blog.
Oh ya. Happy advanced Father's Day!!!!
PS: Warriors Orochi 2 will be released on August 25, 2009. That's like 2+ months to go!

hl will stay strong no matter what happens. Its a stressful period now with fyp and assignments due side by side. But hl believes that together with her friends they can tide over this. and they will grow strong and able to handle such difficulties.
hl just want to say this. Stay strong people and don't give up! Every cloud has a silver lining.

Hi people. hl finally found some time to visit blogger.com. =D
Yesterday
Went to the PC show with peixuan. It was really crowded there as the show just started yesterday and ends on Sunday. Saw a lot of big brands there, like Acer, Dell, Sony, Apple etc. I didn't get to see the Razer booth. =( I happened to chance upon the newest Microsoft product, the Microsoft Sidewinder X8. Although it look nice, I still think Razer is the best =D. With a price tag of $109 (original price: $139), I can't really afford to buy it. Overall, it was a fruitful trip - Peixuan bought an earpiece, while I bought a mouse.
After that, we went to meet up with Wendy, Shujuan and jiongxin. Xingmei and Jean wasn't here. Went to Seoul Garden for late lunch cum early dinner. I want to thank dardar and peixuan for helping me to "cook" the chicken meat. We were damn disgusting, talking about shit while eating. Fsj even ate the satay sauce that look like lao sai! LOL! We sitted for around 3 hours, talking about "bomb"(the shit) and some fengshui.
Next, we went to Heeren to buy fsj havaianas. Then we went to B1 and rot there. Around 9.30pm, we left.
It was so fun meeting up with clique! Let's have a meeting again soon! XD

Today, I went back to school to do fyp. Heard that yesterday, K and lecturer was there too. Wq also came back. Wq and K has some heated arguments (hope is not serious). Wq wants to ignore K the next time he come. I've email K about the models. If he doesn't reply before Monday or he doesn't know who I am, i will "fan lian" with K. i'm serious about it.
Me and jeremia also discussed about CSGD assignment 2. Wq has given us some inspirations on what game to do for this. Spam buttons to move objects just like MPOG assignment 2..

Ok. I'm off to do some projectile shooting with the heli(s)... I have some inspirations already.. But I don't know if I can turn my inspirations into codes..

hl wore formal to school today. hl and jeremia wear the same shirt and same jeans. A lot of people were asking them the same question. "Are you guys wearing the same shirt today? / Did you guys planned to wear the shirt together?" Therefore jeremia decided to buy a new formal shirt. =D
It is like a stupid composition that I wrote. =x
Anyway. The presentation was quite a disaster.
Firstly, we were heading in the wrong direction. We should not do the advanced features first. We should focus on the basic things - the game play. We were too ambitious already. =x
Secondly, D was reprimanded by the lecturers for being _____ .
Thirdly, the external client said we should focus on the game play. So for now, no shaders and particle system. More improvements on projectiles and bounding boxes.
SOMETHING IS PISSING ME OFF RIGHT NOW. Even when I'm typing this line. STUPID NEIGHBOUR. You think smashing potted plants are fun? YOU MAKE MY DAD PISSED OFF. YOU MAKE ME PISSED OFF.
I can type a whole chunk of cb stuff that idiot family do. But I don't want to. i just don't want to type and type and get high blood pressure. I'm under stress right now. I don't want to be sick.
Last thing before I sign off. Alan Wake is coming in 2010. =D
Oh ya. Don't know if jeremia will see this. Will you go for the seminar next monday?

HAPPY 19th BIRTHDAY TO JEREMIA!!! Stay happy always!
For the fyp, we are presenting tomorrow. It will be a short demo as majority of the stuff are not ready yet. Like levels, gameplay, collision detection, shaders etc. However, we have to wear formal. =x
Since we already handed in the cd, weiqi say we shall not touch the codes now. Let's wait till next week to embark on the hard part.
Hmm. All of us have to think of what to say tomorrow. Since it will be like a "what you do is what you'll demo" type. *hl busy thinking*
Oh. Dragonica pre-OBT will be starting in another 1 hour 20 mins time. I can't wait to install and play! Good news: we can get to keep all the items we collected. =D *Cheers*
