The new PSP is coming out soon. It will be announced on the E3 press conference held around in June.
The new psp will be called PSP-GO instead of PSP-4000. Some new features of the new psp:
-No umd required. Instead a memory stick micro is required.
-It will have sliding function where you slide to reveal the D-pad, Select button, Start button and traditional buttons.
-It will be 44% lighter than the psp-3000.
-It is bluetooth-compatible so you can use a headset and link it to your handphone.
-It will have 16GB of flash memory. Cool...
This means you have to download games in order to play... =x

Hahas. I don't know what to blog now. So I'll blog about my updates for this week.
fyp
For fyp, it wasn't as successful as we have expected. There are still some errors with the collision part. But overall everything has been done and we are quite ready to demo next week. I heard that we have to wear formal during the demo. Oh gosh... And anyway I think we have to come back during the holidays to continue with the fyp stuff...
school work
The 3 modules that I'm taking are quite ok. There's a report writing for MIP (assignment 1) that is due next week. Other than that, assignment 2 are coming out soon and I'll have to work through the holidays.
work
Work is quite smooth. No hiccups along the way. =D Hope to maintain that forever.
itp
Shocked that I'm starting on my itp now? Hahas. The resume is due next friday. And I have not done a single part! For your information, my itp is from 26 October 2009 to around 19 February 2010. Four long, enduring months with no holidays in between. That means no december holidays for me. Hope to get into Electronics Arts and be gametester. HAHA!
Ok. I'm off to do some resume writing. Till then.

Yo hi people. Hl finally found some time to blog and crap here. XD
Here's some update of what I've been doing.
FYP
Hmm. The fyp's making me go crazy already. The controls are still not in place yet. The projectile does not want to shoot at the correct place. Yet we are expected to present the demo next week (probably on Monday. Ya Monday). I'm going to "die die" chiong project tomorrow.
Game (be it PC, PSP or Xbox 360)
I've found some wonderful games to entertain myself during this period of stressfulness.
- Plants vs Zombies (PC).
Name may be weird, but it's a fun game. It's something like Tower Defense - you control the plants and protect your house against zombies. Rating: 4/5
- Crackdown (Xbox 360)
This game may be released 2 years ago (somewhere in 2007) but I didn't know of this game till now. Seriously it is fun. You play a super agent that can use his ability to kill baddies. Fun part? You can kick the cars and other people. Jeremia had so much fun kicking cars and people, she nearly wanted to kick a real car. =x The only bad thing is the camera. Make me headache. Rating: 4.5/5
- Rock band unplugged (PSP)
Seriously, it is fun. =D This game is like DJ Max, instead you manage the whole band instead. When you hit the wrong key, the whole music will get affected. Rating: 4.5/5
Work
LOL work is ok. Abit stressful now that fyp workload is increasing but I will still continue to work. Today that person was here. Managed to hide in the tea room. =D Look like I must avoid that person every time i saw him. = =
Never mind I'm crapping to myself again.
There's itp briefing on wednesday! 3 assignments are due next week!

edit: The phrase 人心不足蛇吞象 is so familiar.. It's been a long time since I wrote this phrase down.. For your info this means don't be too greedy...

I just want to say sorry to my 2 supervisors today for an unexpected error on my part which causes them (and me) to get scolded by a unreasonable customer. So sorry!!
Anyone interested in working as full-time cashier for Edo Sushi? Working place is at West Mall, working hours around 8 hours, work from monday to sunday. Just handling the cash machine and doing some invoice thing. Salary to be discussed with the boss. =D

Yo hi people.. hl's here to blog (or crap?) now. XD I just feel like blogging today. Maybe I'm too headache over CSGD and FYP projects.. And I have the sudden urge to spell every single word out and not use shortcut words like LOL and sian..
Never mind I am crapping to myself since I don't think people will visit my dear blog.
This week is week 4 already. Time do sure flies fast. Gonna be week 6 soon. Assignments are due soon and yet I'm playing Dragonica all day. This is my progress so far: I'm done for GDET report, halfway through CSGD, and none for MLP (we haven't started this assignment yet). =x Wish myself luck then.
He will be gone tomorrow. Hope the "turtle carrying bag" will teach well.
We do have some progress for FYP. At least we applied some mathematics formula (Atan if I'm not wrong) to get the angle and use the length() to get the radius. Gambatte!!
I hate LTA for wanting to change the ez-link card. I hate the fact that the deposit value of $3 is visible and people might mistook it as their current card value. Isn't it weird to hear that you have $3 inside your card and not able to ride a mrt trip that cost around 90 cents?
Did I mention that Clementi's newest shopping mall, CityVibe, was so small? It doesn't have a basement (which is weird for a shopping mall) and the highest level is currently 3 (I think they have an extra level which is not ready yet). =D

updates for this week!
Happy Vesak Day to people!!!
-currently stuck for fyp. we dun really know how to do bounding box for the whole model since it is like almost impossible to do that.. and the model keep changing. how to get the collision done?
-managed to hack restaurant city.. but i only hack one level since im just trying it out. might not hack for this few days (i want to be guai for a while). XD
-im halfway done for report assignment! half more to go!! lets crap!
-dragonica CBT is out already!! i'll give it 4.5 out of 5 stars. =D The 0.5 star lose on the lagginess of the game (it can be laggy at times).
ok. i hereby wish all mums a Happy Advanced Mother Day!! =D
i just wanna say this. Mum i ____ u. (dun dare to type out the words; its too mushy).
will be having a "big feast" tmr night at Xin Wang hongkong cafe!

updates for this week. =D
-today is labour day! no school!
-our fyp was (estimated) 20% done! another 5 weeks to go before we present our first prototype to the supervisor. =D All has been going well. hope this will continue...
-assignments are out already! all due in week 6! haix.
-the swine flu is getting more serious. the epidemic level change to orange level. now sp wants us to bring thermometer. sian.
-fairprice also introducing temperature checking..
-outing with clique yesterday! went to jurong point to have dinner at pepper lunch. distributed the sp shirt to clique. planning to have bbq in mid-may. discuss again during the next meet-up.
-stupid neighbour throw my house de flowerpot down to first storey. =x Luckily no one was injured during the process. *tempted to post up pic*
-was selected to play the CBT of dragonica!!! YEA!! wahahas. ok now i shall download the client setup..
ok here's the picture. the flower tio on the second storey there.. the flower pot is nowhere to be seen..
shall stop here. im off to have dinner. =D cya next week.
